Through 14 outlets across 3 campuses, FoodHertfordshire aims to offer a wide choice of food and beverages. At each of our outlets we follow the same ideals:
1. To excel in customer service
2. To offer fairly and ethically traded products
3. To minimise the use of saturated and hydrogenated fats, by using polyunsaturanted and monosaturated alternatives
4. to use local suppliers, sourcing local grown produce wherever possible
5. to only use free range eggs
6. to always offer Halal lamb and chicken
7. to offer lower fat alternatives to milk, yoghurts and dressings
8. to minimise the use of salt in cooking, by utilising fresh herbs and spices as flavour enhancers
9. to use wherever possible biodegradable packaging or to offer the facilities to recycle packaging
10. to smile, be happy and have a good time!
